b_pappy Posted May 26, 2009 Share Posted May 26, 2009 I applied APW to my Corvette last Sunday and my wife was wondering why her TBSS didn't get the treatment also. I didn't really have time to do a full detail, and the paint wasn't really bad to begin with so I gave it a wash and applied APW. I haven't seen this technique mentioned, maybe it's not recommended, maybe it's obvious, but for buffing the wax off I wrapped the white polishing MF towel around my PC and set it at 6 for removing the wax. It seemed to work really well, and I just needed to touch up a few areas by hand afterwards. It looked so nice I finished up the wheel wells, the rubber trim, the rims etc. Here's a few shots.
