Water spots

I washed, clayed, swirl\haze (by hand) and waxed (buttery) car yesterday. I still was able to see a few tiny what looked to be water spots that I could not get out. This black Benz is going to be the death of me....

 

Any ideas...?

There probally etched in ive never done it but ive heard about if you mix water and iso alcohol 50/50 and spray it on and let it sit for 10-15 seconds then wipe of with a microfiber, they should come off.

Hate those things but claybar always get rid of them for me.

Thanks... I always try searching before I make a post but these spots are on a new car and have always been there. Was just not sure how to approach them. I'll try the distilled water and alcohol and will let you guys know how it goes.
