Window Cleaning Question

ExpressThis13

Question

Well my truck is a DD and always park outside with the elements of nature and my windshield is getting what looks like little specs of tree sap. I've tried Stoners Invisible Glass cleaner with no luck getting them off. I have heard of a water/vinager mix to get of water spots on windos but would this work for this? I do have some windex multi surface with vinager would this work to get rid of them? What about claying the windows? I do have it treated with RainX but if I were to use whatever and it takes it off I have more to re apply so no problem there. Please help.

Clay bar should pull those spots right up, as long as their not pits or little rock chips. I would also recommend Adams glass cleaner and glass towels, its garunteed to be the best glass cleaner 110% garunteed. :2thumbs:

I always clay my glass, you'll be amazed at the difference and Adam's new glass cleaner is 10 times better than any other glass cleaner I have ever tried :thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Definitely clay it and that should solve the problem. In your case I'd also recommend treating the windsheild to a coat of MSW and maintain it with BSG... keeping a protective layer on your glass can make cleanup and maintenance down the line much easier. :2thumbs:

Also, you should ditch the Invisible Glass and try the Adams glass cleaner... MUCH better performance IMO, and if you do the math, in the gallon form its much cheaper per oz.

Dylan, will the MSW leave a hazy or oily looking film that will be visible at night?
