694doorbird
Do you all recommend doing the rubber on the blades? If I use the VTR on the rubber, will it streak? Thanks,
0 Bill-V8V
I woudn't bother, it is water based so it will wash away.
0 Team Adam's
agreed. I treat the wiper arms and any surface that isn't going to be in contact with the glass with VRT just to keep it protected and an even shine, but for the blades themselves its best just to leave them alone. Something I learned years ago is to occasionally scuff the wiper blades with a little sand paper, especially during long hot/dry seasons... keeps them pliable and they won't be like hard plastic when the rainy season comes. That's a good tip. I usually keep a coat of Rain-X on the window, so the wipers don't get used all that often.

0 Rich
Try the Brilliant Spray Glaze on your windows. Works very much like RainX, so you won't have to buy two products!
