why do you get haze on black?

Hi Eddie- Thanks for joining our forum, and please explain further what type of cover you are using, and if the vehicle is stored indoors or out?

 

Also, when you polish the bed cover, (I presume it's fiberglass?) does the color come up on the applicator pad? Is there a clear coat, or is it a gel coat finish?

 

Take some photos, and let's see what you are experiencing!

 

Also, have you used any wax on top of the Swirl & Haze or Fine Machine Polish? Super Wax? Paste? Buttery?

I havent tried to wash it to see if the haze comes off. Well or noticed when i do wash it. Cause it usually gets detailed after.

 

But the machine polish and swirl and haze remover takes it all off.

Hey Adam no color comes off its a clear coat on fiberglass. Tommorro im going to see if i can get a pic of what im talking about. Its not like it happens all over the truck well i guess you really notice it certain angles and lights.
