how long does americana last?

I plan on buying some americana here soon along with other adams products to improve my arsenal for this summer and im wondering how many coats of wax could be seen from it? I will be applying thin coats and im thinking maybe 2 coats this spring and then 2 coats again this fall for winter protection with buttery in between about once a month or maybe more(I love waxing) so figuring I use it 4x a year on my sedan would I be able to see what maybe 2 years out of it or maybe more? My friends are calling me crazy for wanting to spend that much money on a small jar of wax but from reviews and pictures I know its worth it.

I agree, it is pretty big, I did my first coat today and you cannot tell I used it.

Ive done 3 cars and it just looks like its a tiny bit concave in the middle.

I think you'll find yourself using it more often than that once you see the results

I did my wife's Highlander 2X and my SRT8 - 3X and not much of a dent in the jar.

So far 2 coats on Vette, 1 on Explorer, 1 on Rx-7 and one on Mazda SUV...Lots left in the Tub !!

I was suprised how big the tub actually is. Should last a long, long time.

so would i be over using it if i were to use it once a month? Im more of a hand waxing guy but i dont want to wax every weekend. would it be worth it to put a coat of buttery inbetween?

I think once a month may be a little much. I think every 3 months would be good with buttery ibetween. But thats just me.
