Team Adam's
LOL... actually the more I think about it the more I realize that I never use the blue apps anymore. Pro tire works great for tires, the blocks are great for trim and can be cut to different sizes, not to mention they're cheap, and the red apps are perfect for interior work. I was just outside in the garage looking at my stuff and realized its been a long time since I've picked up one of my blue apps for anything. Darth_Emma
I need to get a hex applicator for my tires. I haven't tried that one yet. I did use one of the inexpensive cube sponges today for VRT on the trim and tires. I like that they are easy to cut with a pair of scissors. I cut up one of them to make smaller pieces for doing the thinner trim around my windows and trunk. I loved using the red one for doing the leather seats and interior trim. AToth1
As far as fitting to the shape of your hand,I'd say hex is the best, but they all have their own advantages.
AToth1
The hex also helps in keeping vrt off your rims!
Typo
Today I used one of the blocks I bought a few weeks ago, and it seemed more pliable than my old ones. Is the foam different? I don't have an opinion if I like it better or not. It just feels different.
