clean inside of headlights

How do I clean the inside of my headlights? The reason I ask is because my headlight has a leak and is getting moisture and water inside my headlight at times and its leaving a film/spots on the lens and I want to take them out and reseal them without having to separate the two parts. Is there an easy way to do this like maybe using something flexible and using a small glass cleaning cloth (Eye glass cloth) to rub around and clean it up a bit?

You would have to heat them and take them apart ,then reseal them. I don't think I would. You can try to Google some info.

what about spraying some all purpose cleaner in there with some water and sloshing it around and then rinsing it out with some PUR filtered water and then setting in sun or blowing out with compressor or hairdryer?

I would try to drill two drain holes on the bottom and just leave it at that. I been down the route of trying to seal them havent had any luck. BUt if you want to do it get yourself some rpv. I think that is the acronm for the sealant. And seal them that way after youy have cleared the lens up
