My second attempt @ a complet detail

Another viking in the field pic series :)

 

a work buddy on mine didnt believe his car could get red again, i had to prove him wrong.

 

I did the same setup as my first, so no need for those pics.

And heres a small teaser pic, ****...i found out that using a dual action polisher is haaard work with this much oxidation, took about and hour just to get the trunk like that :willy:

Man... That's amazing... Just think what Adams would have done for it...

 

I think a rotary followed by a D/A would have been a quicker solution.

Yup, we also found out later that going by hand and using the most aggresive polish, it went off much easier that with the DA, so he ran around doing the hand job, and i did the machine...hehe :)

I only tried the DA, never polished with a rotary before. one step at a time

Well i didnt really do it for the money, i love doing it and he said himself that he would pay me, so of course i didnt say no, but its not for the money i do it, its a passion of mine, so its not "work" for me :)
