New WW towels with label residue

Question

I purchased a Daily Special a while back that included 2 Great White WW Drying Towels. I have not been able to remove the label glue residue from these towels. The labels were removed when the towels arrived and they were rinsed by themselves before the first use. Today I tried a quick shot of Goo Gone gel prior to washing them (using Micro-Restore detergent), but the residue was still there.

 

Any ideas on removing this residue? :confused:

Like Dylan said, let them replace it. That's what they are there for. If you have sticky residue on there, even if you are able to get it off, the fibers in that area just wont be the same anymore. Best to just let them give you a new one. :thumbsup:
