How to remove this swirls/cracks on my hood and chipped on lens?

I need more pics of the hood, try a little bit farther away now. It's really hard to tell what's going on in that 2nd pic.

are some of those stone chips if they are you need to fill them i think alot of people like to use the lanka system. otherwise there isnt much you can do for it.

if they are scuffs and arent that deep then using the 4 inch focus pads should or at least lighten them up.
