JerseyGator
Just got a new gallon of WW last week. I noticed it was blue. My old gallon is dirty white and scent is very tropical, coconut. Almost like suntan lotion. I love the way it makes the garage smell like the beach. Well when I used the new blue WW it has a VERY different scent. Almost like bayberry or some musky/pungent scent. Anybody else notice this. Or am I just nuts? DEFINITELY preferred the old scent. JMHO.... Thanks for listening.
Doug123
yeah, my older ones are grayish and a coconut aroma. I understand that the older blue WW would fade to gray, but it still works well. I don't care so much about the color as how it works...
Chewy
They used an oil based scent that caused color change and scent degradation issues so they changed to lime or something. I bought two gallons more of the old before they changed. Coconut FTW!

Team Adam's
Yes, for those that haven't read the other threads on the topic - The original waterless formula included an organic scent and dye that under certain circumstances would fade and turn gray. We had to replace those with ones that lasted b/c the blue is a much more appealing color than dirty dish water gray. The faded stuff still works perfectly, it just isn't pretty to look at. The new dye and scent won't fade, though its a different scent... live and learn.

But I DO care about the scent. Coconut was FANTASTIC. The new blue scent is not so much. They used an oil based scent that caused color change and scent degradation issues so they changed to lime or something. I bought two gallons more of the old before they changed. Coconut FTW! Wish I had... i have the newer version. its nice love the sent . and works just as good as the older version... If you love it so much. What does it smell like? It smelled so good it could have been pea green. Also, you didn't tell me what the new scent was. Just told me why the color change.
