Question

Is it possible to correct a scratch from a windshield wiper the way you would revive the headlights with the 4" focus pads. I had originally thought it may have just been a rubber scuff, so i talked to a auto body guy and he said try 0000 steel wool. tried it very lightly as not to scratch window anymore and no luck. was just curious if i could polish it out? Now mind you that i cannot feel it with fingernail when i rub it. and it's not terrible just would like to get rid of it with adams magic if i could.:jester:

SHR and a yellow 4" spot pad on a drill (needs speed) will probably help, but some auto glass people will do this for you as well and they have the right compounds and wheels to get it looking pretty good. If it's bad enough they'll recommend replacing it.
