Mama's TBSS grocery getter gets Adam's

Yesterday afternoon, this morning and again this afternoon my wife's 2007 TBSS got some overdue attention. This vehicle is her DD and has almost 60,000 miles on the clock. I did a 2 bucket w/grit gard wash with some of my rapidly disappearing Meg's stuff. I used NXT soap in my foam gun to soak the beast while I did the wheel wells, wheels and tires with APC+ and assorted brushes. The wheels got cleaned with Meg's DC soap. The bugs up front got a second long soaking from the foam cannon as I washed the beast. Did a flooding rinse and the went top to bottom front to back with Adam's Detail Spray. Dried it with Adam's WCW towels (I love those things!) Then I pulled it into the garage and called it an evening. This morning I clay barred starting with some of Mom's sticky yellow stuff. After one panel I tossed it. I then continued on with Meg's clay bar and ONR at clay bar lube ratio. Once that was done I gave it a quick coat of NXT 2.0, I may have one or two more waxes left. Then out in to the sun so I can use the In and Out spray on the window trim and front and back grill sections. I also did the gas cap and assorted plastics back there. Wow is this stuff easy to use! Any overspray wipes off easily with an MF towel. Then I did the wheel wells with Undercarriage Spray (MMMM grape kool-aid!) followed by VRT on tires, windshield wiper plastic thingie and the "step" on the back end. I called it a morning and went in showered and had a fun morning with the family and my brothers family. This afternoon found the twins taking their nap picture.php?albumid=332&pictureid=2179

and Mama cutting the grass. I used this opportunity to put a coat of Americana on the TBSS.

Here's the rock chipped hood:

Here is passenger side showing rock chips on the mirror but more importantly the beautiful results of In and Out Spray on 4+ year old trim.

We were in a hurry to take several yard waste bags to my mother's for pickup tomorrow since our garbage day is Friday, so I didn't take too many pics.
