I just received my second shipment of Adam's products this past Friday and wanted to relay a couple of examples of the customer service.
First, I was going out of town this past week and did not want to order and have a FedEx box sitting on my porch until I got home so I used the web site and the Live Chat feature to talk to Ashley about shipping times. She told me to order on Tuesday and it would be at my home Friday - the day after I get home. It worked out beautifully.
But...part of my order was the Adam's Perfect Interior Kit and I did not have any CUC included in the shipment. I again used the Live Chat feature and Ashley immediately took care of the issue. Before I closed the browser a few minutes later I had received an email about an order for a bottle of CUC heading my way. I have some spots on my cloth seats that will put this product to the test.
