Kingsford
I always know Adam says, in the videos, start with the Orange pad and then go to the Yellow if the scratches remain..... I feel like I can tell if I can get a scratch out with the Orange pad or not. Is it ok to just start with the with the Yellow pad without trying the Orange? mc2hill
That's up to you Jason, but most recommend starting with the least aggressive method first. Do a test panel first, then you'll know what the rest of the vehicle needs.
Kingsford
Well I was at the point where 1 door looked the same as the other and had to go to the Yellow and I thought to myself why dont I just start with the Yellow on the other door. I decided against it because I didnt want to ruin it or screw up the paint, but I ended up having to use the Yellow after all.
mc2hill
So it sounds like you've done you test panel and you've determined the most efficient plan for your truck. Carry on man, carry on!
JPEGXP
The swirls in my G8 were not terrible, but I found the yellow pad to be a lot more effective.

Stryker
If any other scratches or swirls remain after the orange pad I just go over them again and it takes care of them. But I could see how if I had the yellow pad it would save time.
