Team Adam's
Why do we celebrate labor day? For a lot of people its just a day off of work and an excuse to have a back yard bar-b-q, but actually the holiday originated On September 5, 1882 when the first Labor Day parade was held in New York City. Twenty thousand workers marched in a parade up Broadway. They carried banners that read "EIGHT HOURS FOR WORK, EIGHT HOURS FOR REST, EIGHT HOURS FOR RECREATION!" After the parade there were picnics all around the city. Within the next few years, the idea spread across the US, and all states celebrated Labor Day. In 1894, Congress voted it a federal holiday. To continue to honor that tradition Adam's is happy to introduce our foam gun, which unlike cheaper alternatives sold by our competitors, is made right here in the good old USA!! Our die hard commitment to the idea that we should always choose domestically made goods is more than a marketing gimmic, at Adam's Polishes its a company wide moral stand to support the American worker and American businesses. By choosing products Made in the USA we help our friends, families, and communities, ensuring that this great country of ours continues to thrive. Whatever your plans are this holiday weekend we hope you include a little bit of time to appreciate the hard work and craftsman ship your fellow countrymen. If you're out shopping, try to seek out that MADE IN THE USA tag, take a moment to realize that somewhere an honest, hard working, US citizen's job depends on everyones continued commitment to shop and buy domestically made products. We sincerely thank you for your support and business, from our team to you and your family - Have a happy, safe, and relaxing Labor Day!!

IMADreamer
I'd like to add a quick reminder to think of those working on labor day to keep the country going like policemen, firefighters, utility workers, medical workers, MILITARY, and other essential services. Not everyone gets the day off and it's important to remember that. Have a safe and happy weekend everyone!
