Hey all, I just thought I would post this up for general knowledge, not trying to stir anything up. I just read this post over at autogeek basically of a couple people with really no grounds to bash Adam's products and it got under my skin. I don't have an account over there so I can't log in and shed some light on the situation so I figured I would see if anyone over here had one and felt like expressing some concern. No real need to start an e-pissing contest but I don't want to see Adam's lose potential customers over stupidity.

 

I just hate when crap for information is put out. Thanks...end rant.

Those are just random people IMO with no detailing background. Let them bash from today till the day they RIP, who cares, Adam's is well known by its 110% satisfaction, and thats a lifetime guarantee, period. Will they hurt Adam's reputation? I don't think so. ;)

This has been gone over on detailingworld.co.uk http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=162643 & http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?t=169921 and on autopia several times. DO NOT GO TO AUTOPIA! They currently have a virus/malware going on.

 

I posted the above and also informed the "users" of Adam's products on Autogeek that they can contact Customer Service to return their products on Adam's 110% guarantee.

To me it doesn't matter what anyone says. IMO, quality products/service is what makes a company successful.

 

I highly doubt a couple of douche bags that have no idea what they are talking about are going to ruin the name of a company that has impressed so many.

I don't bother getting into it anymore... 99.9% of the time you can ask these guys who rumor-monger this crap on detailing forums and almost NEVER have they ever used our stuff - they perpetuate a rumor started a long time ago based on hearsay. Its sad really that so much of the supposed "professional" detailing community would spread baseless rumors with no first hand knowledge, no proof, and a large amount of evidence to the contrary staring them in the face.

 

Anyone lame enough to throw that rumor around does themselves, and the community of detailing as a whole a real disservice as it just shows how little REAL knowledge is out there and how many times these guys will simply regurgitate something they read somewhere else and pretend its fact.

Something like:

 

"Please make sure you have the facts before professing your ignorants" should work...

Yeah they finally activated my account sometime overnight but I'm not even going to bother. Like you guys said, it's just idiots who try to sound like a know-it-all but have never tried the products or dealt with the service. I just hate when people misinform others but I guess that's what you are going to have all over the internet.

It doesn't matter what is said on other forums. My car, and the cars of the members here speak to Adam's product quality. Adam's as a company also speaks for itself with it's 110% guarantee and how helpful it's employees are. There will always be people who will try and bring a good person down. It's a jealousy thing. It's human nature and especially American nature.

 

Read this forum to see what Adam's company is really about and forget the rest.

Ok, I'm going to throw my $0.02 in here. I've been using Adam's product's for the last 5 years. I love to experiment and try new things and during that time I've tried almost everything including the HIGH priced Swissvax Crystal Rock and the Zymol products including the $2,200 Vintage wax. All I can say is that I still have a ton of other detailing products, but I always go back to the original find...Adam's. The product's are great and the customer service is superb. Again, everyone has their own opinion on products and some like one better than another. As Dylan said, there is no reason to even entertain this. It's like the guy next door that criticizes your brand new car, but goes inside and cries like a baby because he wants one. We all know Adam's cant be beat and that's all that counts.

 

Again, I've used a ton of different products in my short 5 year hobby and I can honestly say that Adam's by far exceeds CG. Oh and by the way, if that was true that Adam's product is just CG under a different label, they are not to swift over there at the crazy skull plant. Like I said it far exceeds CG's product. If it were true, Adam must be getting his product off the top (Cream of the crop).

 

I had to throw that last part in for a good laugh.:lol: Stick with what you enjoy and ignore the rest.:thumbsup:

Everyone has a favorite, mine happens to be Adam's. Does anyone else offer 110% back?

Yea i have an account over there, but those people are all about those products that AG sells. I post saying that i use Adams Polishes and you get people that like or doesn't like Adams Polishes. I like reading some of those post they leave and Mike is a awesome guy you can learn a lot from him. I haven't post or seen that forum for a long time.
