Hey guys, Its been a while since i've posted on the forums but I wanted to share this with everyone. I had a customer who put Adam's ceramic coating over his vinyl wrapped car. Here is his review: "Let me start off this review by saying this is another must have product from Adams polishes for any amateur or professional detailer alike! I recently had the pleasure of receiving the new Adams polishes ceramic coating and I can say without a doubt after using the "compilation" in the past before finding out about Adams polishes that this is the easiest the apply and most hydrophobic ceramic coating I've ever used! It was shipped to me in a very nice looking, professional box set with very easy to understand direction. I recently had my car vinyl wrapped and wanted to keep it looking it's best while also making it earlier to clean with my busy work schedule. While following the directions step by step I was blown away how easy this was to apply, and how fast the cure time was so this didn't have to be a all day project. After letting the car cure in the garage I could already tell a huge difference in how much gloss and shine I gained in the wrap.. and then I applied the ceramic boost that was supplied in the kit and was absolutely blown away! Now washing the car takes half the time clean and get ready for upcoming shows thanks to the Adams ceramic coating. Water just beads up and falls right off the car effortlessly. After showing friends how much gloss it added and easy it makes the car to clean they both ordered their kits. The best part is i still have enough left to coat my other vehicles! Overall I give this a 10 out of 10 and really look forward to trying the Adams polishes wheel ceramic coating and glass coating now that I see how well this performs " - Aaron Day The coating dries fairly fast and the vinyl absorbs more product because it is soft and porous unlike paint. Just wanted to share incase anyone was curious how easily its applied to vinyl.

Is this normal for the Geoimpression Tool?
Kourtney@Adams replied to SJC96GT's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Hey guys! As Rich said above, a few sections missing from the tool is not going to affect the performance. These are small defects from the manufacturer and we will discuss the matter in our next meeting. Even if we can fix this issues, there is no reason that the clay bar would perform any different. We will keep you updated. -
Hey Rich! I'm really sorry that your products were damaged in transit. That happens to less than 1% of our customers so it's definitely not typical. If you give us a call we would be happy to send you a replacement for any bottles that leaked. Usually if there's a damaged package, FedEx ships it back to us, but this one was unnoticed since I didn't effect the box. The last thing we want is an unhappy customers. I'm really sorry you had more negatives to say about us than positives, we do try our hardest to make everything the best we can. Let us make it right and please contact us so we can take care of you. I will talk to our team to see if we can box the detail carts any better way or maybe we need to ship them separately from products. Thank you for the feedback, we will work to improve on our shipping standards as well as our website so its easier to navigate. Again, please feel free to contact us so we can fix the issues you're having.

Fronzen Total Interior Cleaner
Kourtney@Adams replied to GratefulDiver's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Hey Tracy, I'm really sorry that you got slushy Total Interior Detailer! We do try to only ship things out when the weather is nice here so that things don't freeze, but we can't say what the weather will be like once its gets to you. If you let your TID thaw a bit, I'm sure it did not change chemical makeup unless it was exposed to extreme heat and cold while being shipped. Of course, if anything seems off about the product ( smell, performance, color.) let us know and we will ship you a replacement. Again, I apologize that your product froze. Maybe we need to invest in insulated boxes for winter?! Let us know how the outcome is. We will not leave you unsatisfied with our product! -
Kudos to Kourtney

Thank you so much for the wonderful comments Nick! It is just as awesome to get good feedback as it is to give good customer service. There's a lot of coupon codes out there and it's sometimes hard to keep track of all of them. haha. Thank you for being patient with me while I verified the 15% off code in Instagram and processed the two transactions! I think we have the best customers out there. Thanks again Nick! -
Happy New Year to you as well Robert! And to everyone else. Don't get too crazy! May 2016 bring even shinier cars!

Can you post a picture of your waterless wash? Is there anything unusual about it? Any separation that you can see?

Metering tips for foam gun
Kourtney@Adams replied to Cwilliams's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
Hey Carter, The foam guns come pre-boxed so all we have to do is ship them. I would be more than happy to find some metering tips for you but since the foam guns come pre-boxed we don't have any spare parts for them. We definitely do not need all those metering tips so if I can find a bag of them for you (it might be missing the green one that you received since that is the recommended tip to use) I would be more than happy to send you them! Let me do some searching and see if I cant find any. -
Cloudy Glass Sealnt
Kourtney@Adams replied to LT1xL82's topic in Product Polls, Feedback, and Company Input
Hi Joel, Glass Sealant will turn hazy occasionally. I'm not sure what causes this but the performance should be the same. Give it a try and if you don't think it's preforming well or anything weird is happening we will send you a replacement for it. -
First order...anything else before i buy?
Kourtney@Adams replied to derek1387's question in General Detailing Discussion and Questions
I didn't see anyone recommend glass sealant! You cant forget about that!
