  1. High spots and streaks like this occur immediately after applying the coating; however you may not notice them immediately, especially if working under garage lighting. While it's best to apply the coatings indoors, and I always recommend that, it is a good idea to pull the vehicle outside right after coating it to do a visual inspection. On a very sunny day, it will be difficult to see high spots, streaks, and so on, but on a slightly cloudy or overcast day, these high spots and overlap lines will be much more apparently, especially on darker-colored vehicles. As The Guz mentioned, these high spots can be fixed by polishing them off with a white foam pad and white Polish, but you might be able to remove them with a less invasive method such as applying a small amount of Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating onto the area and immediately wiping it off, or using a few drops of Brilliant Glaze on a towel, wiping it in, and then immediately wiping it off. The solvent content in the Spray Coating and Brilliant Glaze can help to correct these issues in most cases. If neither of these options work, that is when I would move up to using a drop of two of white Polish on a towel and wiping the area by hand at first, and then moving to a machine polisher with a white pad if necessary. In either case, I would re-apply the coating over this area afterward. Hope that helps!
  2. Yes I was there. I didn't get to take too many pictures. I will try to upload them later. It was an awesome event for sure! I was too busy handling the logistics for detailing just shy of 300 vehicles 🤯
  3. I don't notice the smell too much from the 16oz bottle of Iron Remover, but I will say that when I get within 1-2 feet of the gallon in my basement, I can smell it a little bit. It doesn't smell as bad as some other brands out there, but it is still quite potent during use. Like Chris said, I would set a Charcoal Odor Bag in the closet, or spray Odor Neutralizer in there from time to time to dissipate any lingering smell 👍
  4. I did see a comment on Instagram that we would be getting in some baseball style hats for the next design, since many people commented they would like to see them 👍

  6. Hi Jared, welcome to the forum and thank you for your business! I wish I could have made it to the event yesterday, but I should be flying out to HQ hopefully sometime in April Awesome new ride - I bet it scoots! I'm eager to see to see my first Mach-E in person 👍
  7. Hi Michael, I do certainly apologize for the issues! Do you have any pictures of the affected area? In the product video, we do show to use Waterless Wash immediately after using Water Spot Remover to neutralize the acids in Water Spot Remover. APC is a very strong degreaser, so it most likely gave a boost to the Water Spot Remover rather than neutralizing it. I will see if they can edit the instructions on the product page to be more clear, and again, I am very sorry for this issue. A cerium oxide polish specifically for glass might be an option to polish the glass back, but unfortunately we do not offer a polish specifically for glass at the moment.
  8. Yep, I've diluted Wheel & Tire Cleaner 1:1 in the regular 16oz bottle and it still works quite well. You may want to test it out with a smaller amount (2oz Wheel & Tire Cleaner, 2oz water for example) to see if you like that ratio or not, rather than mixing up a big batch and potentially not making it strong enough.
  9. Our good friend @wildcatz80 sent over some photos from the Meet and Greet at our Anaheim location yesterday. Looks like everyone had a great time! Thank you to everyone that stopped out 🙂
  10. Nice wheels Dan! Out of the products that you have, Graphene Ceramic Coating will be the most durable protection, then you could maintain them with CS3. Before coating them, you will want to have them mounted and balanced to tires first; otherwise wheel weights can have difficulty sticking or fall off due to reduced surface tension combined with forces from the wheel spinning down the road. It's important to note that the center sections that look to be a matte or satin finish may have slightly more shine to them after coating - they will look very wet and shiny when you apply the coating, but once it flashes after a few minutes and you wipe the residue away, they will return more to the matte/satin finish. For the outer lip of the wheel, do you know if it is chrome or polished aluminum? If polished aluminum, be sure to use Surface Prep a few times on them over a day or two first, to make sure that they do not have any traces of a cloudy appearance before coating - if you coat them and then the raw aluminum becomes cloudy underneath the coating, you would have to polish it off and start over.
  11. Welcome to the forum! What kind of ride are you keeping shiny? 🙂
  12. I'm glad to hear you liked it! I'm actually going to restructure the first post to include a full blog write-up that I just finished as well, to go along as a reference to the video - so you will see the post above change a little bit throughout the evening as I update it 👍
  13. Awesome! Alan is the man! He's very knowledgeable, always helpful, and a great asset to the team 👍
