I have the rupes pen and its a very nice tool to have. On my candy red mustang not many lights work but this one shows everything. Like with everything you get what you pay for.

I always do glaze its amazing the amount of pop it adds.

How do u think the rupes15 mark2 will compare to the flex.if I sell flex whats it worth. I have a 4in backing plate and 6new 5in pads and 2 new adams 7in pads.

Ive tried to master this buffer but I just cant seem to get it down. Ive tried all diff pads and backing plates with no luck. Its never even detailed a whole car yet because it wears me out. Any tips guys? I may just sell and get a rupes 15 have the mini and its amazing.

I dont want to hurt the lights. Esp when the car has 700 miles on it and these tail lights cost 1000 bucks.

Yes used white and grey focus pads with finishing polish. Drill and PC. Revive by hand. Anything that touches them makes them worse. Correcting polish is way to aggressive I'd think.

Yes very lightly. Brand new clay Adams detail spray. Double soft towels. The clay didn't induce any marring I did it gradually and checked with lights. These tail lights suck because of all the shapes. Can't use a PC on much

Its not the towels it just never corrects. I mite have them painted so they are clear coated and correct like paint. Its an on going problem from what I see on forums. Anyone know any good shops to send them to for tinting and cleared.

I've tried everything on these tail lights and nothing takes the micro scratches out. I tried revive by hand, paint finish polish with 4in grey pad, plastic polishes.

i was hoping there was a way to get it to stick for now because i wanna finish a car that i started!!! The backer is spinning inside the pad thats how bad it is!!!

it looks fine where the backer goes but it just doesn't stick, my fine machine polish one is fine and wax pad!!!

i washed it with apc and just rinsed and let dry!!! it flys right off the velcro!!!

I have used my swirl killer gen2 pad twice and it will no longer stick to my backer. what can i do to make it stick!!!

what exhaust is that on your g8 deff isn't stock!!!
