they are both just fine to use. Just don't let the deep wheel cleaner dry on the wheels when you are cleaning them. Spray and clean one at a time. If they are not that dirty and brake dust is not caked on and are cleaned regularly you can use some car shampoo and water a good trick is to mix some in a spray bottle then you always have some ready to go. f you put a clear coat on it to you can put waxes glaze and liquid paint sealant on them. But if they are matte You can apply some quick sealant on them for protection.

i would get the Detail Spray it adds to the shine. But rinseless it great for wipe downs. But it has no shine it is in it's essence a soap it has nothing that adds to your finish. If you like using rinseless i would dilute it more 16:1 is waterless wash strength, I would try 64:1 that is clay lubrication and work my way up from there to the desired outcome

No tire shine is not made for trim. It is made specifically for tires. try using in and out spray on the trim.
Tire shine is made to be a wet or a shine look on your tires nothing more
