  1. Be patient my little detailing addicts :D

I was at the warehouse earlier this week and these were discussed... it won't be too much longer.

Are we talking days or weeks? I am ready to hit submit on this order and might as well wait if they come out soon.

Also, can you use multiple gift certificates on one order?

  2. It is probably fine, you just want to use as little as possible. If you use too much it will act just like that :2thumbs: I always seem to wait way more than 20 minutes, I've even put it on at night and wiped it off in the morning, garaged of course :hi:

Thanks, I'll give it a shot tomorrow and leave it on for an hour or so. Hopefully it doesnt rain.

Also I have perfected the art of making it rain. All I have to do is wash my car, and boom there comes the rain, guaranteed, every time:willy:

  3. I used some of it yesterday but I used alot of it on the hood of the car, let it sit for 20 mins and then came to wipe it off. It gave me the impression that it was meant for metal or something because it was very "greasy." I think the bottle was from 2007 or something, its the old cylindrical bottle with the blocky shape sprayer. Might be time to order a new bottle to try it out.

  4. Like anything else, you generally get what you pay for with microfiber. I can't honestly say that the cheap ones will or won't do damage, but once you've felt and worked with Adam's MF you won't want anything else to touch your car. I admit that I do have some old cheap MF towels that I bought before I found Adams and I do still use them for cleaning wheels, tools and other less delicate surfaces.

What is the adams MF to use with detail spray and waterless car wash? I normally use the yellow costco MF to wipe the whole car down with DS or WCW and the rag comes out black so I just throw it out.

  5. Hey I've seen your car on unique whips. I had a feeling it was you when I saw the name. But anyway welcome the the forum!
    thats the car and thanks

Welcome, and your car is beautiful!

Also, this is a very cool animated evil dude:3D_emoticon_190.gif

    -Adam:thumbsup:

    thanks Adam.

you help keeping it looking good:thumbsup:

  6. That is one baaaaad looking vette... I might be only slightly biased towards the color combo :D

I see some GO-GO juice hardware in there... what size shot you running??

i have some motor work dyno at 597 to the wheels then there is a 150 shot if need be:thumbsup:

  7. In my opinion they both have their own unique challenges. While black will show every little swirl, scratch, and imperfection white has a tendency to show ever little surface contaminant. What I will say is it is much harder to do white justice with a full detail.... thats not to say that white doesn't look good when its clean, its just that black almost always looks amazing after a buff and wax b/c you can see depth in the paint where as white will tend to look really shiney, but its hard to capture depth in a white finish.

well said thats what i was trying to say.i also have a black car and you can see what you have done after a few hrs.i mean do i want to spend a few hrs on the white one and really not appreciate it.
