Thanks for the reply. It looks like all of the listings say "This Topic Is Locked" when I am browsing them.

I am new to the forum. I am wondering about "Locked Topics". I was looking around on the Garage Sale Forum And the listings say "This Topic Is Locked" And I can't post a reply. There are a few items of interest to me in the listings.
