story is that he apparently he just dropped his phone and looked away to grab it, causing him to edge off the road and then get sucked down into the mucky grass
Guess he should have had a Drop Stop
LOL!

I saw your post on the G8 board and immediately ordered
Dylan, did you receive yours yet? What do you think?

that, and some people like to get real personal with their cars.
Ding, ding, ding! Winnah, winnah, chicken dinnah!
I just want to feel my car. I'm only going to hand-wax it one time, and it will be in the spring when it warms up.

Literally, with my bare hands.
What product should I use? Americana?

Word? Thank you. I'll ring him Monday as it is now 5:04pm CO time.

I wish to put up some Adam's logos/banners on my cardomain, and under the 'Cool Products' pages on fourdoormafia.com and groundzero605.org that link back to the online store.
The main banner is flash, so that won't work for me, but does anyone have any jpeg/png images? Or can someone email me the graphics so I can make some banners? I will share any of my creations so other users can do the same if they'd like (provided that it's ok with Adam's).
Thanks.

Is it just me or is that site having a problem? I can not get it to open. I'm sure someone is going to make me feel dumb for this question, but go for it , just tell me what's going wrong with the site not opening.
I haven't had a problem, so IDK.

Yup. I am blind apparently. I just checked out Chris's threads. Beautiful car, and I am jealous of the garage!
In one pic, it shows Chris's detailing supply cabinet. Now I know where all the product is if Adam's ever runs out of stuff in the warehouse!

Love that banner you've got in your garage. I'm thinking about having one made up.
Is there a pic of this banner on display anywhere? I'd like to see what you are referring to.

OMG, I know! I was in my buddies 350Z a few months ago, dropped my check card, and it was such a PITA to get to it. I had to pull away from the ATM, park, get out, move the seat, dig, etc. I feel your pain, and I am never driving his car through the ATM lane again.

Just popped up. Some cool pics can be found. It's literally a brand new site.

Very impressed. It's neoprene outer with some type of filler (poly?). I tugged on the stitching and twisted them all around, and as long as you don't attack it with the jaws of life, should hold up purty darn well.
I stuck one in my moms car on Saturday, and she still hasn't noticed it, on a tan-interior Forester. Speaks well for it blending in.
Plus that little credit card light they include helped me see where a fender-liner plug went when I changed my fogs.

^^^You will dig it.

Disclaimer - Not my product, I get nothing for posting this, I just like telling car enthusiasts about cool stuff when I see/try it.
This was posted on one of the G8 forums. I ordered 2 sets, 1 for the G8, 1 for the Altima.
Clicky to watch their video--> The Original Drop Stop
I got them Thursday, just in time for my time off.
All I can say is....
WHY DIDN'T THEY INVENT THIS 15 YEARS AGO????
I know it's a fairly simple product, but it's awesome! It fits great and you don't even see it regardless of interior color. I had forgotten it was there until I dropped the straw for my taco bell cup. So awesome being able to just pick it up instead of digging around for it.
I even had another G8 owner sit in my car, and he couldn't tell it was there until I showed him.
This is the best $20 product I've bought in ages, and I wanted to share it with my fellow DIY-detailers.
I posted it here because it helps keep under your seat clean, and I bet most (or all) of us are OCD about keeping our cars neat?

1 small VRT + Applicator
1 Detail Spray + Blue Plush

Sent to Monster on their website:
After hearing about the C&D order directed at Rock Art Brewery, I will no longer be purchasing any items related to Monster Energy Drink.
Good day.
You should do the same, even if you don't drink their stuff.

Could you do a 4:1 water/VRT spray mix to just make the tires look darker without slopping VRT everywhere?
-
x2 on the heat of those halogens. Makes me sweat more!
I like to use a bunch of cheapo 4' shop lights, you know, the ones with the tube bulbs. you can get them in a plug-in style, and can pretty much hang them all over the garage. A little electrical cord or plugged into some ceiling sockets and you are good to go. Plus they have a pull-switch so I don't always have to have them on when I hit the wall switch. I hung 4 of them in my garage in addition to the 2 8' pairs, and I just add light as I need it.

Yea a 1:3 VRT/H20 mix works pretty good.
good to know. thx!
Pretty cool product for interior
