Wet sanding can help many a situation. In detail school they said to have paint thickness gauge like junkman said. We did my car in class- had orange peel goin on after new paint job after 90 day wait. It was scary first time I did it. I am very very careful ....

Put in some reqs so I can HIRE a couple people. Got a half dozen travel requests in so peeps can get sum ed-u-ma-ca-tion, getting pedicure then feed horses...Mojo and guinea chicks(called "Keets"). Water gardens....water some more. I might flop down in an inner tube in pool after that with tunes on.

I am a novice compared to him...

i do fmp and let it sit for a day then wipe off. then I do Americana. I am not sure how Junkiebabes does it-that is what i do . I work full time so i have to do fmp(whole car) and do my Americana the next day.

fed horses...dug up fig tree and moved it...went to dance class....lunch with friends...washed car with Adamswanted to do Revive Polish but not enough time and did interior...went to a party..now I am on forum with Mojo,my guard dog, curled up in my left arm...wide awake...eek.

Now I know where to find ya in the middle of the night!

I had hard water spots and machine correction is what fixed it. It was hand rubbed with bio safe acidic cleaner first.I had lots of calcium etc. They come off-but protect it afterwards. I have not had any since with Adams-americana and bg after MSW. took a few weeks to do this. Good luck!

Trouble shooting with computers and network at work. Finally had to call IT guys...they did not show by five pm. So I will be doing same thing tomorrow....except more phone calls first thing in the morning to get them please to my lab. Crosses fingers.

Had my friend who owns the orange Saleen come by to look at his car. He has driven the car about 10 times since it was done for the 2010 detail contest. I almost fell over when I seen it. It was all swirled up! I asked what he did to it. He said "Touch-less car wash twice and a hand wash and dry with a chamoi" I pulled out the Revive and went after the hood. After 2 minutes I was able to remove 75% of the damage on the hood. The car is coming back next month to get hit with FMP. That's all it needs to be fixed.

 

Very depressing to see it look like that. We had a little chat on how to take care of his paint after that.

Way to knock it out!! I bet he appreciated that!

Hey.....just a run of unfortunate situations for you right now. Things will get better and you will be stronger for it! Keep plugging away at getting things fixed slowly but surely. You and your wife can do it! Don't give up!

Fed horses...brushed horses...went to work. Ran around hospital nine hours....went to dance class..met a friend for coffee ....laundry...now bed.
