I couldn't see what gears I have on my sticker.....how can you tell by looking under the truck?

BTW She looks real good!

Underneath on the rear axle there should be a sticker with the axle number on it.

dude, I'd be pissed...hopefully you'll get this cleared up soon.  If anything, won't they just replace the gears or are they going to replace the entire truck?  If they replace the gears, shoot, I'd request around a 3.90 to 4.10

 

not sure how dodge works but for GM, in the glove box it shows the codes for all the options on the truck.  One of the codes is for the gear ratio

A little more involved than swapping gears with it being 4x4 and really don't want a new truck taken all apart at a dealership. I belivee they will make it right so really not worried just waiting.

What happened?

Some trucks that were ordered with 3.55 got 3.21 gears instead. Window sticker and everything says 3.55 but crawl under truck and you will find 3.21. Affects towing and mpg. Hopefully they can make it right and it's over with soon.

Still waiting on Chrysler for the gearing mishap so no debadging till then. I had to clay too.

When I had my CCW wheels I wish they made a big blue pad for the barrels and flat spots. Buy some beers and invite some friends is another way to get them done quicker.

Depends on how the 3.21/3.55 mix up with the rear axle goes. 

Looks great!  I did mine before even driving it!  lol...  I drove it home and did the whole gamut over a couple of week period.  

 

The leather...  That's not OEM.  Did you put those in afterwards?  Katskinz?  

 

What did you end up using?  I tossed down a VERY liberal amount of LC and let it sit for a couple of days and soak in and then leveled it off with a dry MF towel.  I'll keep it up with TID though.

Nice Ram, white is a great color on it. Check your window sticker for what gears they put in and crawl under and look at the axle to see if they match. 

Some friends and I were just talking about this yesterday. Really love my Oakley's too sad to see them change.

So this year, the women will be cooking a boring turkey inside in the oven, however the men will be outside smoking cigars, sipping on a beer, deep frying a turkey... for the first time.

We did this many years ago and let's just say we deep fry 2 turkeys every year now
