we're told not to wax the car till about 90 days after the car has been painted. Is this true fior base coat/clear coat? If so, is it ok to use the glaze, or the machine wax?

Thanks for the comments. Finally finished the detailing Saturday.

Sweet looking truck.

As requested, here are few more pics.

I bought a 54 F100 in excellent shape. The paint is over 25 years old, but still looked good. It was a bit hazy, so I decided to see if I could correct it. Clay bar'd it, sever swirl remover, revive polish (applied with my PC), and Americana wax. I just did the cab. I was beat. I'll do the bed next Saturday. You can see the difference in the pic if you pay attention to the rear fender that's only been clayed. I'm very happy with the results considering its single stage and only a thin coat left.

I'm local, and my 56 Tbird is available if you're interested.

My baby bird. Cant wait to polish it. It's single stage paint, so I have to start with polish first....

Does this mean I can use the swirl remover too?

To stay consistent with all the forums I belong to, especially the CICCI, Crossfireforum, and VW, can you please consider my request to change it to FP ?
Thanks,

It's sealant and you spray it...
Wasn't the original Glaze in a spray bottle?

Excellent Dylan. I'd love to see this over at CICCI. Can I pst this there, or please post it when you get a chance.
