You could always stand on one of the tires or open the doors and stand on the door sill.
That's what I do now but in all honesty its not the safest and I've slipped a few times. Just trying to think of an easier way is all.

Just wanted to be sure you know that it most likely stripped the sealant off though at the same time.
-
For those that might have missed this announcement a few months back this would be a good time to check out this link that was posted all over the web:
I completely missed that Dylan. My bad.
-
Sweet! I'm glad to see this. I assume everything is American made again and that's the reason why?
-
do you have anything else you are looking to trade? I have:
-tire shine
-deep wheel cleaner
-leather and interior conditioner
how much LIC and tire shine are in the bottles?
I am also wanting glass cleaner/glass towels.
The BG is pending trade so all I have to offer is the MSS
-
Anyone still looking for an old model foam gun PM me. I'd consider selling mine.
How much are you wanting for it? How does it compare to a Gil***** which is what I gave now?
-
mostly interior trim. Spots on my cowl that vrt cant reach and grille
-
ahhhhhhhhh
-
I have a 99% unused bottle of MSS and 75% left of BG
- I want to try the new liquid sealant so ill I would take a half bottle of that for mine
- tire shine
- undercarriage spray
- clay (new or old style)
That's all I can think of but can use almost anything. so let me know

Hey guys,
I see that the fire hose nozzle is no longer sold. My question is what nozzle are you guys using (if not using that old adams one)? I already have a foam gun so not really wanting to buy the new one for the nozzle until mine breaks.
Any suggestions?

Looked up your account using the email in your forum profile. The order from the 18th looks like it was shipped, but hasn't been updated by fedex, your order from yesterday is printed and in process. They may be combining the shipments, I'll check with the warehouse for you.
Thanks Dylan. I appreciate you looking into it. It may have been me that held everything up trying to add a few things last minute but he said it wasn't an issue. Thanks again.

^^At the end of the day bro, picking up the phone and actually talking to a human would help much better than posting on the forum and hoping an employee sees it.
Ahhhhh sometimes I wish it would have remained 2005 forever...
I appreciate your concern and your assumptions.

Have you contacted us? Sometimes its a case of something getting lost in the shuffle, or not updated and its already in transit.

Hey Dylan,
Yea I called yesterday and he said it was supposed to get shipped out then.

Wish I could say the same. Its been nearly a week and my order is still processing. Not bashing or anything, I know you guys are a small operation, I was just hoping to have my stuff in a few days for a detail.

Ash mixed with water is typically worse on the paint than just ash alone, so unless you can rinse it all off and clean completely its best to leave it be. I'd, at the very least, wipe it down with waterless or DS when you get a chance .
Thanks Dylan, I was sure I got all of it off. That's why I wanted to get it off because the truck was wet because of the AM dew. I just wasn't sure how ash reacted with paint.

I know that, but technically rust is iron so I was just curious if it would work at removing it at all? Getting prepped and re sprayed is more than I want to spend right now. that's all. they are minor spots.
-
So on the topic of DWC as being an 'iron cutter'. I noticed on the roof of my truck a couple areas of rust. Is this safe to use in a 1:1 ratio on that and then seal over that? Im just looking to inhibit the rust until I can get it properly fixed and painted.

I just ordered some of the new shampoo. Just curious how it smells compared to the old stuff? I love the way adams stuff smells.
-
Gotcha. I always dry on air fluff/low heat. I thought heat in general was bad. Awesome, thanks guys

I've removed Quick Sealant as well as Sonax PNS and other sealants with a few different towels. After my wash they are still absorbent.
Again I always recommend washing with hot water to really break up any residues in the towel, combined with the MFR as the detergent. And you can add an oz or 2 of vinegar too in the fabric softener tray to boost the cleaning power as well
I have always heard to stay away from hot water with microfiber? Is that not true?
-
If it was dry out I would have done just that, however it was very dewy out so it was all stuck. I didn't really have 20 minutes to do a waterless wash. I hosed and then did the detail spray to help bead and remove more water.
I was seriously debating just calling in late and washing it though haha

I want to try Patriot so bad. I just have so much Americana that I cant justify it.
