I have had my PC 7424 for about 7 years. It has worked well, but the side handle no longer attaches and my older hands are getting tired of having to deal with the machine. I'm seriously considering the SK, but I am not sure which one I should go with - 15 or 21. For those of you who have moved on from the PC to the SK, which model did you go with? I have fairly new pads for my PC (used twice) and would like to continue to use them with the SK. Will the pads from the PC work with the SK 15?

Sorry, one last question. I use the brilliant glaze as well. Should the glaze go on after the sealant?
1. Wash
2. Clay bar
3. Polish
4. Sealant
5. Glaze
6. Wax

Paint sealant is the base level of paint protection. You would want to top it with a wax to add protection on top of the sealant. This will extend the life of the paint sealant.
There are other options for protection on top of sealant as well. Just depends on what is available.
Thanks!

Few questions regarding 9h ceramic spray
in Exterior Protection & Enhancement
Posted
I know this is an older post, but I am also new to ceramics as well. I purchased the 9H spray back in January and haven't had a chance to use it due to it being winter time. : ) I have done the traditional clay/polish/glaze/wax procedure in the past. Based upon this post, it seems that if I just apply the 9H spray to the car, I will no longer need to glaze and wax. I assume that the 9H spray has similar protection characteristics compared to the Patriot wax?
