Hello everyone. I am so glad to find this website. I have been watching Adam on youtube and also the Junkman and this is the reason how I found this forum. I have a question and I am hoping that you guys will be able to help me. I just bought a PC and used it over the weekend for 4 hours. Now, my elbow hurts because of the vibration. I bought the kit that comes with 5" backing plate and 3 different foam pads that are 6.5".

Could this be the reason why my elbow hurts? Please help.
