Vinnie, I have the same problem with my new F150. I wish I would've seen this before I spent last Sunday washing the truck and trying to get the same spots off. I gave up and put some Rain-X on it and seemed to be ok today in the rain, but it probably just masked the problem. I would think about using the SHR, but there is no way that I could do that on these new 4x4's without getting on the hood. They are so high off the ground and I can barely clean off the winshield as it is standing on the inside of the truck. It was just a PITA just getting the Rain-X on the winshield and I'm 6'1"!!

I display her every day on my front porch.

Great job Baron! How about a list of the products used? I will have to do this to my wife's TL. Good thing it is not in that bad of shape!

That sucks what did you do?
Probably chasing the dog.
-
T, it looks like you need to wash your feet with the leather cleaner!

Maybe this will help FREE DOWNLOAD: Detailing Reference Cards!

The reference cards are good for hand waxing. Use Bill's directions for machine use.

spent all day haggling with a dealership on an 05 Ram 1500 with 42K on the clock. Black on black, fully loaded with leather:drool:
NADA says that RETAIL is $13775, trade in is $11,700. Offered 12 out the door. Dealer said the best he could do was......
wait for it................
$18200 out the door!!!!!!!
He said something about KBB:loser: (like I didn't know what I was talking about) I guess all those years as an Army recruiter really DID come in handy:thumbsup:
Waiting his call back. If he does, I think I'll let him stew for a day or two;)
And it is a Honda dealer. What are they going to do with a Dodge?

Watch those hands AJ!
Any pics of AJ tearing up a Dagwood Pizza? :willy:

I think that I'm more surprised that there are leaves on the trees now in AK!!
Nice shine.

I hermetically seal mine to keep moisture and contaminates away from them. I then open them and irradiate them to make sure all bacteria is killed before using them on the car.
Nah.... I use a flip top container to keep them all in...
That gives me an idea. How about in my humidor! :willy:

I wanted to know how everyone stored their microfiber towles?
-
...or maybe I should call this my Crying Towel. Just look what I've done to my waffle drying towel! I should never be left alone near the washing machine.
Did you use the old detail spray as detergent?

Don't be sorry for that Esteban, be sorry for using a word like applicability when talking to a simpleton like me :D:D:D
But to answer your question, it lasts longer than a liquid. But paste wax is always a little harder to use, but like all other Adam's products this is easy to use :thumbsup:
So, it goes on top of the MSW or Butter and lasts longer than both?

Several years back I was in charge of getting statics made for our local Corvette club. I contacted the Corvette Museum and asked them for the name of the company who made theirs. They graciously gave me their name and address, I contacted them, and within two weeks had the statics to hand out to members. An excellent company to deal with. I think I ordered 200 and they ran a full order (around 350) for no additonal charge. I don't use decals on my vehicles. I much prefer statics and would be glad to put an Adam's static on both my cars.
Sounds like a great idea. Maybe Steve can get somewhere with it.

We have been keeping it quiet until the release, but I'm sure you will love the results :banana:
How does this shine look ?
It looks like you need to fertilize your grass!

I wonder why there have been no reviews of the paste wax (unless I missed them)? Some people have had samples for a while it seems, and they had it at Grabiak a couple of weeks ago.
-
You guys are nuts! Hahaha! I've been getting the product page ready, put it up for four minutes to make sure the photos and fonts were perfect. In that 4 minutes, we got 5 orders for the Paste, and it was hidden at the bottom of our "Gallons" page.
We are just now getting it dialed, and I'm LOVING the enthusiasm.
Sorry I spilled the beans Adam. You know what they say about blind squirrels!

Strange, I just checked every tab too. It only shows from that link. Where did you get that link ?
It's top secret Bill. I'd have to kill you and I don't want to do that. Besides, who else would help me if I had detailing questions.
-
Why can't I find it from the regular Adam's pages only this link?
They just removed it from their site.

sweet I got it ordered, now for the wait on shipping:lolsmack:
At least it is free shipping!

Do you use the Adam's wash pads? I get a tremendous amount of lint from them. I washed them once with some of my MF's and the lint from them got embedded in the MF's and made them useless.
