  1. I had a lot of black streaks on my 5th wheel from all the rain. So I thought I would try APC on it. It worked great taking the black streaks off with no effort. I even had my 6 year old cleaning them off which he kept saying how good it smelled, but his favorite is still Adams Car Shampoo. I finished it up with Detail Spray and it was looking nice. Just need to put a coat a wax on her when the weather gets nicer.

  2. I finally used the polisher with swirl and haze remover, machine polish then the super sealant. I couldn't believe how smooth the finish is and how it looks. I have used a lot of products on my vehicles and nothing has made it finish like that. My only question is when do I apply glaze, do I need to wait a couple days or can I apply it right after the sealant? :2thumbs:

  3. Adams of course. I use one pump from my gallon bottle with the pump sprayer and the rest is water. Just make sure you put the water in first then the shampoo. I think that translates to like 4oz of shampoo, but I'm not sure. You can add a little ww in there too!

Thanks for the info. I have been thinking about getting one of these. I have a 36 ft. 5th wheel that I think these would make things much easier to clean. I have tried all kinds of soap and can't ever find anything that foams up good, I haven't tried Adams soap yet, but I think this foam cannon might be the answer. Thanks again for you info.

  4. Used the detail spray and the great white towel for the first time the other day to dry my truck off. I wish I would of had these products years ago I couldn't believe the difference it made. I'm ordering the gallon container of detail spray and a couple more towels for my 5th wheel next. Can't wait to use the polishes since the spray and towel worked so good.

  5. WOW some of you guys go all out, I think I have decided on the total machine polish and wash kit with the PC along with the glaze and pad in the interior cleaner and the pad cleaning brush. That seems like it will be a good start to my collection

I don't mean to sound stupid here, but whats the difference between a buffer and the PC. Will those Craftsman buffers for the same as the PC and is one better then the other?

Thanks for any info and thanks a lot for all the info so far you guys have been great.

  6. I TOTALLY know what you're going through! I bought it up slowly! Another thing to do is wait for daily or weekly specials, or holiday specials. That's how I buy most of my product now.

I think I started with Buttery Wax and some towels and now have a PC, and a Flex and ALL the stuff that goes with them.

Where in IL are you? There may be a member close that can show you what it's all about.

Also, keep in mind that using a PC on your truck to correct the paint will take a solid 15+ hours if it's been swirled up. I guess you need to ask yourself what exactly you want to accomplish... Keeping a DD corrected is frustratingly difficult, but possible.

    Chewy,

I mainly want a better buffer then my craftsman to buff my fifth wheel and I'm looking for products that will last. I usually wash it every weekend and don't want to wax it every month. I live in Heyworth, IL. Thanks for your response.
