Are there any downsides to applying MSS by hand? I don't have a machine and haven't decided whether to buy one yet, but I definitely want a sealant on my DD because it's not garaged.

Deep cleaning weather strip and soft seals

Hi, Just started using Adams products and I'm loving it so far. I got a sample kit and have already ordered a gallon refill of the APC and will be ordering some other stuff soon. On to my question - what is the best way to clean weather strip and other soft rubber seals? My truck is relatively new, and there is some white staining on the interior seals around the top of the door frame. It's pretty stubborn. Thanks!
