I can’t seem to find a straight easy answer on here so I’ll make it simple. I have been looking at doing a ceramic coating on my new 2018 Audi Q5. It needs to be clay barred and I would like to do the two step correction and polish before Iam  just wondering can the ceramic coating be applied after the fact. Second question could I even possibly apply ceramic over a coat of Americana past wax if I wanted to protect my rig until the ceramic showed up. 

So iam just about to do my wife's cars for the first time this year. My question is do I apply the sealant directly over the correction and polish or should I do a wash or wipe down first before applying the liquid paint sealant.

Thanks for the info i am going to pick up a 14 gauge 50 foot cord tomorrow since there on sale should be good with that one. I have four or five 16 gauge cords kicking around but i think ill pick up a 14 gauge just for good measure.

As the title says I am just wondering of what gauge of extension cord I should be using with the cyclo. I would think 14 gauge would be heavy enough but iam pretty sure the cord that used to be sold on the Adams site was 12 gauge maybe this is over kill or the proper cord for the cyclo. I don't want to be running to small of a cord and end up causing the life of the polisher to be shortened.

Hey there a few weeks before putting my car  into storage i put a coat of americana and glaze on my car and then the day off putting it away i gave it a quck coat of buttery. My question is should i strip the car of all wax before applying the sealant or just apply right over what i had did just before putting the car in storage. If i do have to strip what should i use ???

Car looks good nothing better then a black sports car. What polisher did you use for the detail cylco or flex ?

Problem solved for any of you that are wondering the way we solved this situation was i made the full purchase on my visa then emailed the dealer the gift card numbers and they refunded the amount to my visa. All is well again now just to wait for my package arrive. I wish spring would hurry up so i can try all the new products i have gathered up since winter started.

As far as I know you can't use a gift card that you bought at a discount to use on another purchase discount.. I'm sure nick can help you out but I remember this being brought up vefore

No the Gift Cards where not purchased at a discount i just have two that where bought at full price and gifted to me. I wanted to use the two of them at once along with the Valentines day discount but it wont even let me redeem my two gifts cards at once let along combine just one gift card with the sale. There should be no reason that gift cards cant be combined with the discount they are the same as cash if not i will tell my relatives and wife not to give me anymore gift cards and just give me cash. Ill make a phone call in the morning to see what they say.

So i just tried to redeem two gift cards i recived as gifts along with the Valentines Day promo code and it will only let me enter only one gift card or the discount code. It will not let me enter the two gift cards with the promo code maybe it can be changed on the website in the future. As of now i'll try to order over the phone in the morning.

Here is a comparison I've done of the two.  GWC will be fine as long as you don't go months between cleanings.

Thanks for the info i usually keep my cars some what spotless pretty much regular car shampoo does the trick like i said before i was just wondering if there was one particular one i should be using.

I dont know if anybody on here has performed any detailing on the newer Audi S4's that have the same wheels as mine here in the pic. The question i have  is  which Adams wheel cleaner should i be using on the wheels to get the best results and not to damage them in the process. Adams Green Wheel Cleaner or Adams Deep wheel Cleaner.

Looks like everything is now priced in U.S. dollars. It was bound to happen. The Canadian dollar is now around 90 cents. Hope it doesn't go any lower.

It gets worse too if paying by credit card. You not only lose 10 cents on the dollar, but credit card companies charge crazy fees to convert.

Oh well, guess us Canadians will have to be a bit more selective when making a purchase, although those of us who are already addicted will probably continue to buy, buy, buy.

Yeah its everyhting on the Canadian site you dont have to pay any conversion fees becasue we purchase from the Canadian site that ships from the Warehouse/Supplier here in Canada.Its not a big jump on cheaper items but items like the Flex or Cyclo theres like a $20 difference. Good thing i bought all my high end items before Xmas. And yes i will continue to buy,buy,buy ill be doing an order soon to get ready for the spring when i take my S4 out of winter strorage.

I have noticed an increase in pricing on the Canadian site any specific reason for this.
