  1. I think it would be fine to wax and seal it now without polishing or claying, BUT, the car has to be clean first. I've waxed without claying a couple of times and it was fine, just not sure about the sealents without claying. suppose it the same but the sealant should bond the the bare paint instead of the imbedded crud thats in the clear coat, if you can clay, if not I don't see the harm. But if you don't clay it won't last as long and probably won't bead or do its job as good as it could.

  2. It sounds like either you've used the wrong names of the products or you missed a step in the polish process when you ordered. The older system was a 3 step system- Severe Swirl Remover (green pad/green polish), Swirl and Haze Remover (orange pad/orange polish), and Fine Machine Polish (white pad/white polish). The new system is a 2 step system- paint correcting polish (orange pad/orange polish) and paint finishing polish (white pad/white polish). I'm only asking because in one sentence you mention machine finishing polish and then you later say fine machine polish, they are 2 different products. You will be happy with the detail spray, that stuff is like shine in a bottle, and it smells great, just don't drink it-lol.

I see, Ok. So I got the fine machine polish and severe swirl remover. I did not get the swirl AND haze remover. just the other 2, fine machine and severe swirl.

  3. OMG, I love these products. I ordered the 36 OZ detail spray, and OMG it is awesome!!!!! I also ordered the jumbo wash pad, severe swirl remover, and machine finishing polish. Loved the mints, I know there just mints but it shows that the company cares and that they are just awesome. Also, will the fine machine polish take out the marks from the severe swirl remover? Thanks, and I'm pretty sure Adams has ruined me, I don't think I will be using any other car detailing products… P.S. The detail spray smells awesome!

  4. Good news! They came off! Thank the Lord, so glad my 20 hours of labor didn't go to waste! I would not have been a happy camper lol. There were a few tiny ones but that is expected. After a full wash I blow dried the car and then put a fresh layer of carnuba wax on top because I wanted to keep the protection after the marathon it just ran of protecting my O so important paint since monday of last week. Thanks for all the help guys!

  5. Hey guys I have been stalking these forums and other forums and I have been craving some Adams products but I saw a lot of awesome reviews. I ordered a few things because of the cyber monday sale so I can try them out and I bought the 36 oz detail spray, thats the new formula right? a 11 x 11 wash pad which will replace my crappy auto zone one, severe swirl and haze remover, and the finishing polish which I gt for like 7 bucks each! I was going to order 4 single soft towels but there were out of stock. Any idea when they'll be back? Anyways, can not wait! I want to see what the products can do!

  6. Hey guys I recently did a full paint correction on my camaro and I sealed and put 2 coats of wax on it. The paint was perfect! But, I had to leave it outside and it got water spots on it from rain and possibly from the sprinklers on the drivers side door, but I am not sure about the sprinklers. Anyways it had some pretty big water spots on it because the camaro has 2 pooling spots on the hoods as I like to say, everything else beaded up wonderfully except for those spots. Anyways if you guys don't know Florida has has some pretty hard water. Also, the water spots have been on the paint since sunday or monday of last week. I WILL be washing it tomorrow and be putting on a fresh coat of wax tomorrow. My question is, was all my paint correction for nothing? Will there be tons and tons of water spots?
