    If it is indeed clear coat failure, not much. You can make it look better and slow it down, but when clear starts to go it will continue to go no matter what you do.
     
    Wouldn't hurt anything to test a section. Clean it, clay it, then hit it with a machine using orange pads and paint correcting polish. Just hit a small area of it and see what it gets you. If the improvement is enough to justify it, keep going, and when you're done get a coat of protection on there to slow it down.
     
    Still has me baffled as to why its happening in such a specific place and pattern. Usually failure looks a lot more random than that.
