  1. Finally got a chance to try out some of the stuff I ordered. On Sunday while it was nice I decided to detail the interior of the silverado and was extremely pleased with the results. TID cleaned everything up with ease and green glass cleaner worked great, the best glass cleaner I've used so far. Over the weekend I also purchased a black 2002 chevy s10 xtreme with only 60k miles so it will be a good test for the exterior products I have here to see how they can shine it up.
  2. Yes it pushes the front wheels out 1.5" per side so I have a set of 1.5" bora wheel spacers for the rear to even the track width back out. Yeah, out of all the local tracks Cecil is by far my favorite track to go too. Halsey puts on a great show for the fans/racers and knows how to run that place smooth. I live 20 mins from atco but would gladly drive right past it to go to Cecil. And nowhere in the country can match the quality and amount of cars he gets monthly for Outlaw 10.5 and the Yellowbullet nationals are the best small tire race of the yr. Hoping at some point I'll get to make a few passes, I just need to get back motivated for my car. I have a 94' mustang I was building for Ultra Street. Chromoly 25.5 chassis, all team Z suspension, strage struts, Afco d/a coil overs, Baer SS4 brakes, ford 8.8 rear. Plans for drivetrain were a 370" lsx with a single 80mm turbo and power glide trans.
  3. Thanks and I can't wait to get the lift and headers on it, now if the weather would just cooperate it'd be nice. Those are the main reason I don't want to go over a 35" or 295/65r20. Most say once you get above a 35" tire in a 1/2 ton truck that's when you start going threw parts which I do not want to have to deal with in a brand new truck that I daily drive in the spring/summer. I do plan to regear the truck to a 4.56 gear to help the trans out some. Truck does have the heavy duty tow package also. At some point I would like to do a cam swap so that's when I'll beef up the trans and change the converter but, that won't be for awhile. I already spent a lot more on the truck this winter then I expected to. I would like to make it to one of adam's clinics but, I won't be able to make it to yours. That day I'll be at Cecil County Dragway doing photography for the street car shoot out.
  4. Got some SVRT coming but, Didn't get the glaze this time. When its due to be detailed again I may try some then. After spending so much on products, I want to see how they do before I spend any more money. Didn't order any microfiber towels yet but, Once we get a forecast for a warm weekend I'll order them up. I'm in Hainesport/Mount Holly area.
  5. This is how the truck sits right now, the lift kit and kooks headers and y-pipe, and n-fab nerf bars are sitting in my living room waiting for the next warm weekend that there is no snow on the ground to be installed. (This pic is from last fall when the truck was only 3 months old and I put the leveling kit and 20's with 33" tires on it. ) Decided to take advantage of the 15% off deal going this weekend and just ordered up revive, SVRT, APC, and TID so now I'll be good to go once it's warm with plenty of work to do on the truck between detailing it and the boxes of parts I have sitting here.
  6. Thanks everyone Yeah I was planning to order both of those before I get started on the truck, Which going by how the weather looks it may be awhile before I can.
  7. New to adam's products and to detailing but, just placed my first order with adam's yesterday and can't wait to receive it and try everything out on my truck next time we get a warm weekend. Truck is only 6 months old and is a victory red 2013 silverado crew cab with 9" of lift on 35's. For products I went with, car shampoo, detail spray, clay bar, revive hand polish, buttery wax, green wheel cleaner, and glass cleaner. Any other products anyone recommends I get?
