OK, so my question is:........ Is Sears now in the counterfeiting business when they expect you to have your lifetime warranted Craftman (USA made) tool replaced by a Craftman (made in China) tool ? A Chinese made hand tool is far from the same as one made in the USA. They are virtually worthless as a replacement, and anyone who has used them is deeply aware of this.Therefore, what good is the lifetime warranty on your USA made Craftman tool if you cannot get a USA made replacement? Sears has essentially broken their contractual agreement with millions of Craftman toolholders like ourselves and they have gotten away with it. Does anyone know if there are any legal measures in progress or what measures can be taken against Sears to force them to abide by their contractual agreement regarding their Craftman tool line lifetime warranty?
