Hi All,
I'm new here and new to Adams polishes. I've placed my first order and am awaiting delivery. I've been a long time Mothers user and wanted to try something better.
I just bought a new car- a 2015 Fiat 500 Abarth, black with black interior. I have a plan of attack, as the paint has a few fine scratches and light holograms. Here's the plan:
Dawn wash- two buckets
Clay
Adams Paint Correction- the orange stuff with the orange foam pad
Adams Finishing Polish- the white stuff with the white foam pad
Adams Machine Sealant with the black foam pad 2 coats
Possibly some Mothers Carnuba, but not sure on that due to fillers in the wax.
Will I need the orange stuff on a brand new car, or is that too harsh? If not I can always save it for my wife's 2013 Fiat 500 Sport. She tends to park under trees for the shade. ????
I'll be using my Harbor Freight DA, and need to get it done when my order arrives, as I'm on vacation this week and want to get it done before winter sets in.
Any advice is welcome. I'm excited to see how well the Adams products work.
