  1. I pick up my new truck on Saturday and I just confirmed with the dealer that they will not wash it like I asked. He asked me if I wanted them to remove the white protective shipping sheets, I said no. Now I am wondering how hard they are to remove. Has anyone removed them before?
  2. Thanks for all the replies. Just to make sure I understand I could just use LPS and no wax if I wanted? Right now I think I will use the buttery wax on my truck and my wife's car until it runs out then start using Americana. Thanks again for all the advice
  3. The color is granite crystal metallic (AKA grey). I plan on using the truck as daily driver and back roads with my truck camper. Thanks!
  4. I get back to the states in a couple weeks and pick up my brand new truck that is sitting in the dealership storage lot waiting on me. They have promised not to wash it. 5. James, thanks for the link!
  6. Hello what a great forum with a ton on info! I am transferring back state side in a few months and pick up my first new truck. I watched the videos and did a search, but I still have couple questions for a new truck. After washing, claying and removing rail dust with deep wheel cleaner (if needed) what should I do next? Can I just apply the H2O guard and gloss? I am mostly worried about protection. Thanks!
