I agree with jesse, lets see what the Detail Advisors advise..... As junkman said in his wetsanding video.. its a costly mistake.. one that either you or the shop(as they should if you go) will have to front..

Great work Bill how was working on the Porsche? Did it require any changes to your method when you detail the vette?
I don't know how Audi paint/clear compares to Porsche, but I've never had any problems at all with Adam's stuff on the Audi. In fact, the clear is hard and takes a good bit of work, but the results are really good -- my Audi "responds" to a thorough Adam's process much better than my Vette.I agree Rich, when you dial in that perfect method (for any car) its great! maybe with the July detail contest we can get more incite with what members had to change up for each mfg..

Nice, I bet he was envious!
Don't you love it when your car is the cleanest car in general?

Prior to using Adam's, I used to polish my previous Audi with other polishes and I would get spots of what felt like rubber goo, but this goo never damaged the paint.
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com<img src=" /><o:p></o:p>
When I first used Adam's I would get dried up polish flung everywhere, I’ve learned to prime the pad, add a sprits of DS, use less product and as a result you will get less dried up polish over your finish..

Audi and Porsche clears are one off the hardest coats out there.. Good luck and have fun!<o:p></o:p>

I have a set as well and they are the best period! Worth every penny; especially if you are in a rainy/snowy climate.
