I want to thank all of you so much. I've gone ahead and watched a ton of videos - all extremely helpful. I can't wait to start ordering some products and giving the car the wash she deserves. I'm still undecided about getting into the machine polishing. I feel that it requires a lot of patience and its hard for me to come by lol.

Hello, I want to start off by saying I am new to the detailing world (in a sense). I have recently just purchased a BMW M4 which I am madly in love with. I decided to go with the Black Saphire Metallic paint because after seeing it in person... I had truly fallen in love with the color. I have washed my previous cars in the past and have recently noticed that I have been doing it all wrong. I would like to wash the car frequently and correctly to keep the paint in good condition. The downside for me is that I do not own a garage. I do drive the vehicle daily and she lives outside. What products and washing methods would you recommend for someone who drives a dark colored car daily and wants to keep the paint looking healthy? I would like to not only wash the paint but protect it as well. I'm sorry if this is too much to ask but I am at a complete stand still and was hoping someone could help me out a little.
