  1. Awesome video! The car came out beautiful! What camera did you use to record?
  2. All the above plus our metal polish 1 and 2 for aluminum! Here's the video you can watch to Clean Under The Hood! If you have any other questions feel free to ask!
  3. Jason, Glad you figured everything out! I have clayed a couple of customers interior windows and it works great! Can't be any more impressed with that clay bar.
  4. Great work Matt! Let me know if you need anything!
  5. It should't! Are you saying glaze and then the next wash you GG again? Or GG right after glaze using the dry application method?
  6. Hello All, Not too familiar with the Canadian Website but I will be more than happy to look into it and see what we can do for you, I'll keep you all posted as soon as I find any additional information. Thank you for your input! I'll get back to you soon!
  7. JDrach, I would definitely give our New Tire & Rubber Cleaner a try with a Deep Tire Scrub Brush to really make sure you get all the dirt and other previous products removed from the tire before applying the VRT. This will allow the VRT to now bond to the tire. I believe our Tire Brush is currently on sale so hurry and grab one if you don't have one, it really does work awesome. If you have any other questions let me know!
  8. You can either use our borderless grey, or sometimes I use a double soft for smearing product and a single soft for the final wipe down.
  9. John, I'm sorry to hear about your bad experiences with the Brilliant Glaze and the H2O G&G. I'm glad you fixed the problem with the glaze so I'm here to help you with the H2O. First, two towels is plenty and try not to do it in direct sunlight as that will dry the product a lot faster. Your damp, smearing towel should get very wet while using the product but you don't want to spray too much, as said above, I would defiantly try using a smaller amount of product per panel and really make sure that you smear the H2O as best as you can. Then the second dry towel will be a lot easier to use and shouldn't get very wet. Just make sure you get every little spot when wiping the second time so it will not look smeared. If you have any other questions feel free to let me know!
  10. When you first get any microfiber towel I would shake it out before you use it. But I personally would try out our New Glass Towel because it will not leave any lint whatsoever because the microfibers in the towel are tightly woven so you won't have that problem. All you need is a light misting on the window with our glass cleaner and you should have no lint or streaks left. Let me know if you have any questions! Glass Cleaner and Towel Combo
  11. Ed, The "between details" drying method is just a fast way to dry your car off effectively. Detail spraying the whole vehicle adds lubrication so when you go to wipe it off, there is detail on the vehicle already so you won't scratch it as much as you would without the detail spray. If you want to use H2O as your drying method then I would do that. In fact, here is how I dry my BLACK car off all the time. Once I'm done washing, I will H2O the whole vehicle and then I would take my sidekick and blow all the cracks and possible dirt could come out, on a black car you can't see the dirt very well so I would take precaution in wiping off the rest of the vehicle after this point. I now spray one panel with detail spray and wipe it off in the same direction, from left to right, with one side. Then, I flip the towel over and wipe off any detail spray that I missed. This method I have found is the safest method I have used drying and trust me, I know when my car gets scratched and I haven't had problems in months with this method so give it a shot and let me know how that works for you!
  12. Turned out great Scott! If you liked those two products, I think you would absolutely love our new Tire and Rubber cleaner! Thanks for the great input, we love the feedback! Let me know if you have any questions. Link to New Tire and Rubber Cleaner
  13. Phil, First off, beautiful car you have there! Secondly, owning a black car is constantly a learning experience but from I have found to work best is what Robert stated. I would wash it, blow it dry with the Sidekick and then spray the panel with detail spray. The detail spray will add a lubricant to the paint so you are not as likely to scratch the paint. I always dry with Detail Spray or use H2O Guard and Gloss. If those don't work for you, let us know and we'd be happy to help you and figure out what works best for you. Below I linked the Sidekick Blaster if you'd like to look at it, if you already have it great! Sidekick Blaster

  17. Hello everyone, super stoked to start answering questions and help everyone out on the forums. I live here in Colorado, and work at the headquarters. I'm a freak about cars and especially detailing! I detail cars on the side of working in the shipping department of the headquarters, so I very well could have shipped your order. I touch and use our products everyday so I should be able to answer most everyones questions and the ones I don't, I'll be more than happy to be able to learn. I can't wait to see what everyone has to say! I have been reading the forums and have been learning a lot already, but I'm excited to jump on here and stay up to date with the detailing community and of course, do some giveaways and have some fun!! Lets see everyone's vehicles! So why not start it off with a little fun with a CONTEST? Comment a picture of your vehicles and I will choose one random winner that will receive a FREE gallon of a product of your choice! Contest ends at 11:00 am Friday MST! Good Luck!
  18. Justin, I personally have not had any experience with the Griot polishers at all so unfortunately I couldn't tell you my opinion on that. I have used the Cyclo vaguely, but not enough to see its pros and cons, but I recently started detailing lots of different sizes, and colored cars all the time and I've had nothing but success with Rupes. I originally used just the Bigfoot 21 and now I use both the 21 and the 15. I'm already wanting to buy the Rupes Mini just because I love the way the polishers handle and how quick and easy it gets the job done. It is by far the smoothest and easiest polisher to use ever. I've seen these polishers get used 6-8 hours a day for a very long time, and the machine still manages to work great. Overall, I think the Rupes Mark II 15 will be the most reliable polisher for you based on what you are using it for. It may not be the cheapest but it is a very good quality polisher. I apologize about your experience for the first time on the forums but hopefully that answered your question and we would be more than happy to help you with anything else you have questions with.
