  1. :) Hi All:

I just joined the Adams Forum and am looking forward to learning about detailing.

I am a proud owner of a 2001 Mustang GT Bullitt, dark-highland green of course. I just bought the car in the early spring and have been having a blast with it. I was looking for a car that I would be proud to show off at shows and got a sweet deal on the Bullitt which had less that 7,000 miles and was in show room condition.

Since I got it, I have been learning how to take care of it. I got some of the basics down as I have already claybared the car and of course washed and waxed it numerous times. I am hoping this forum will help me learn more.

    Hello!

  3. Sup guys, new member here from Mississippi. Not new to detailing but started using Adam's products this summer with the shampoo. I now have a gallon of car shampoo and wheel cleaner, the interior 6 pack kit, the bucket kit, the foam gun, a porter cable polisher, paint correcting polish and finishing polish, and I think that's it! Soon buying the Detail Spray pumpkin collection, and a gallon kit of the tire shine!

    Hello!

  4. I was a really active detailer from about '94 to '07, when we had our twins. Since I work out of the house and keep our kids when they aren't in school, i pretty much had to hang up the micro fibers for a while. Now that they are getting a little older it is easier doing things around the house. With my new found freedoms i am feeling the detailing bug again.

Before my break, i was a big Griot's Garage product user. As i have been searching around I came across Adam's products, so i am excited to read more about them and get to work.

Attached are some recent pics of my 2003 Toyota 4Runner. I actually bought it in the fall of 2002 and she just turned 120K. I can't wait to get her back in shape with some detailing love.

    Hello!

  5. Hello everyone, my name is Kade and I am new to the forum/Adam's Polishes. I am 23 and currently living in the city of Billings, Montana. I am an outdoor enthusiast that loves to ski/bike/climb/camp and hike! I am currently driving a 2016 Hyundai Tucson, which happens to be my first new vehicle ever! I found Adams Polishes on Instagram a few weeks and bought a box hoping to receive a foam gun. I did not, but still was very happy with my contents and placed another order the day after it came. I have attached a few photos of my vehicle for your viewing pleasure. These photos are all pre-Adams products and I do not have any photos of my vehicle (yet).

    Hello!

  6. Hey Folks, just got back into the detailing world from a long time away and am excited to get going on the two family cars.

I had a question: I have a new 2016 toyota tacoma and magnetic gray. I've put a coat of some walmart branded sealant as many new detailers have done and want to remove all that stuff from both of the family cars.  Is it safe to say i should strip wash, clay bar and then seal both cars?  They are both daily drivers that share garage time, they don't need to be show quality clean, I would just like them protected from harsh new england winters if at all possible and want to start with a good base.

Thanks for any help and tips!

    Joe

    Hello!

  7. HI there.  New member to the forums.  And coming back to the auto detailing world after a long absence.  My first car, in high school, was a 69 Mustang.  Spent more time cleaning and taking care of it then I did with most of my girl friends.  Haven't had a nice ride since then and its been a while.  I now have a 2012 Camaro and I am loving it.  Really need to work on getting her cleaned up and detailed.  Especially the paint.  She's rough.
