Yep, in Des Moines. I will be going back there to get the rest of my exhaust work(resonators and cut outs) done. The quality of work was excellent. Not to mention his attention to detail and ensuring customer satisfaction. All around amazing shop.

Hey what kinda exhaust is that?
From the cat's it goes to a flowmaster 50 series duel in/out dumped in front of the rear tire with a couple tips that I am not sure who the manufacturer was. Had it all done at Iowa muffler and Break. Great place.

Thanks for all the compliments.
Those wheels look good. Who makes them? The wheels are ADR 98's. Got them from a buddy of mine. Traded him some electrical work for the wheels. I thought it was a pretty good trade:2thumbs:

Not sure....definately needs a wash from driving it back from Little Rock, Arkansas
Only had 2,806 miles on it when I bought it....now has 3500 or so.
I plan to wash it and maybe wax it hopefully once my order arrives on tuesday........not sure if I need to be waxing it just for the sake of waxing since the shine is really good as it sits now. Previous owner took good care of the car.
I will have to ask that question in the wax section I guess.
I gotcha. I guess it looks like it needs to be waxed just due to the pictures being a bit washed out. Still a beautiful car though.
I would say wax it. Is there such a thing as too shiny??

Pretty much any scene from out cold is great. The hot tub scene is one of my favorites just couldn't find the clip online.

:drool:Nice. Looks like it needs a bit of Adam's. But looks good none the less.

Just checking everything out.
Found out about these products from the Z06 forums.
Have ZERO knowledge about how to apply and what to apply but slowly learning.
Hopefully I have time to actually wash and wax my vette after being online reading about how to do it. LOL!
:welcomebanner:Whats your Z06 look like. I may have seen it around town. If I have I am sure I was like a fool. If you want to try a product out before buying I can give you a hand. Anything I can do to make a vette look the way it should I will do. I don't have every Adam's product, but I am slowly building my arsenal.

Last year at the first Rally-X the snow was mid thigh...
Man I miss Alaska winters. Nothing like waist deep snow when your snowmachining.

Just thought I would finally introduce myself to everybody. I am an Alaskan living in Nebraska. About five or so years ago I bought my first car that I actually cared about. It was a 2001 mitsubishi eclipse. I always used over the counter products on it,mainly meguires, but it always looked great(pictured below). After the first time detailing it I fell in love with the shine of a well detailed car. People at work started to notice that my car was always spotless, so they started asking me to detail there cars. For about two years I had at least one to two cars a week. It was great. After I finished my enlistment in the Air Force I gave up the detailing as a part time job, family came first.
I lost interest in the eclipse and was looking for something that could haul as well as haul a$$. I found a 2003 Silverado SS and fell in love instantly. For the first year I had it, I used and abused it. Using it the way a truck was meant to be used. after a year of neglect I started looking at it knowing that I needed to get it looking the way it should. I was turned on to Adams Polishes through Dylan06SS over at Silveradoss.com. I think I had read just about every thread he had started or posted in over there about detailing and craved more information. As many times as he referenced Adams polishes I had not checked the forum. I was finally ready to upgrade my detailing products and knew Adam's was the way to go. When I started looking at the site I found the forum and have been obsessed with reading as much as I can since. Still have so much to learn, but I now know my best resource is here, and I will spend many many hours reading and asking questions when I have to to get my truck to the level it should be.
2001 Eclipse detailed with mainly Meguires products
Added Truck pics...
Just finished cleaning up the exterior and got a few pics before the sun went down. I will make a proper post for it in the truck section once I do a photo shoot.

That is what I liked so much about the guy that did the exhaust. He was a perfectionist. He wouldn't weld it up until I loved how it looked. I made the mistake of saying it looked pretty good when he first put them up.
