No tracking number yet, she said that they had printed the order to be picked and after that there is just not much they can do to change it.

Yesterday I picked up at Limited Edition Mystery Box, and a Great White Drying Towel. I had looked on the website to find the Ultra Plush Drying Towel, but couldn't find it, so I ordered the Great White. Looked today and saw they must have got them back. Called up Adams and talked to customer service and she let me know once the order is printed their is nothing they can do, she even tried to call down to get the order switch. Sucks that their order system is this way, but I give her Kuddos for trying, that's all I can ask for over my mistake.

Usually mine takes about 3-4 days to Iowa, but this last one looks like it is going to take 8 Days. It started with Fedex and has made its way to the USPS. Hey it happens.

I see they are machine washable, but do people dry them?

Yeah, that is where I picked some up at first, I had noticed that the Karl's detailer detailing it while we looked it over, was using Adams and say the Dealership and the Performance shop had both.

Just started using Adam's polishes on our cars a couple months ago and love them so far, pictures of my Camaro I just finished today while it was cold and rainy.

Whats everyones thoughts on using a spray bottle to wet down a panel then use H2O G&G. I'd like to use it when I get home instead of at the car wash.
