  1. Jason, do you know if multiple applications of Buttery Wax results in "layering" of wax? I know some water based carnauba waxes say this is the case.

In Buttering my vehicles, as the detail freak-show that I am - I enjoy doing multiple applications (by hand). The shine does get better, but do you know if the wax is layering up, or are the emulsifiers removing the previous application?

    Thanks!

  2. Dear Santa, this year for Christmas (or other significant religious holiday of your choosing), I would like...

    - More Butter Wax, I always use it up!

    - More Detail Spray, goes good in a warm Holiday drink.

    - Microfibers, I think my sons got them all.

    - Machine Wax and pads to take my world to the next level.

    - BSG and microfibre applicator for my step-son's hand made guitar; he loves polishing them.

Okay, someone cut and paste this and send it to my wife and I'm handled!

What Adam's products do you want from Santa?

  3. I have a neighbor that is, although a nice guy, very boorish and dry. He and his wife were walking by one day and he made a remark about all the time I spend detailing.

With a straight face I told him "it keeps me out of the casinos and the strip clubs." His wife's face turned red (I think they believed me!) and they continued their walk.

They still look at me like they think I'm from Mars...

  4. Hey Gang,

Not long ago the janitor at my work cleaned my computer monitor one night. It's one of the flat screen displays- not a traditional glass screen.

The janitor didn't realize the difference and sprayed it with glass cleaner. The results were horrible! The screen was cloudy and fuzzy. I figured it was "done."

However, as I was giving up hope I had an "Ah-Ha" moment and reached for the Adam's Detail Spray. (Since I work at an Acura Store, we happened to have a bottle handy!) After about two minutes with the Detail Spray and an Adam's Microfiber - - - bada bing! The screen looked like new; problem solved, and money saved.

Obviously I can't recommend this to you for your computer, but it goes to show how well these products work on things other than our beloved cars. Thanks Adam!

    Cheers,

    JB

  5. You know, this has got to be the friendliest forum around! I'm active on a few different car forums and the people here are outstanding- the best I've had the pleasure to "chat" with.

I guess that's a reflection (no pun intended!) on how good Adam and his products are! His stuff just makes us all HAPPY!
