I have not. Issue is it is also covering the entire inside front left wheel well also. My wheel well isn't smooth either and I think it will be challenging to get it out with clay. Thanks for the response Beemer!

I have concrete that dried onto my truck. Will strip wash be able to break down the concrete to remove from my truck side? Any input is greatly appreciated!
