  1. My SLK is my daily driver, I live in the city and only have a car cover (no garage), with 32K miles. I'm going to wash with Adam's shampoo. Do I need to dry it completely before clay barring the car? Will some water mess with the lubrication of the DS spray? After claying, if I don't rewash, should I just wipe off the DS with a MF towel or should I use a water hose to get it off, then dry completely before applying the Buttery Wax? Thanks, Valerie
  2. What about using BSG after using DS? Will it help? Is that too much build up? The better my car looks, the better I look
  3. Why would you use DS after BSW on the same cleaning?
  4. It's ma'am Thanks. I'll use the WW more often than the DS.
  5. Since we're in our summer now in San Francisco, I've been using DS almost daily before taking my car out (it's my daily driver). Is this too much? Since there's no wax or cleaner, there shouldn't be any build up, correct? I'm also using the Waterless Wash on my wheels (painted silver - I believe) to remove brake dust and once in a while a little DS afterward. Thanks
  6. From what I've read on the site, DS is for very light cleaning and BSW is more for a shine on top of that or a wax. If I'm on the wrong track, please let me know From Steve@Adams: "When it comes to everyday wipe down to remove dust, finger print smudges, and add shine to wax, look to our Detail Spray. It contains no wax or cleaner so it's perfectly safe to use on glass and paint in direct sunlight! Streak free and great smelling, you'll end up using it by the gallon full! Use it between waxes to maintain the polymers in our waxes. Our Brilliant Spray Glaze is more of a "show glaze" that can be applied weekly to add even more shine than our wax could by itself. It's applied much like a coat of wax but has no protective properties - its earned its claim to fame by making paint, glass, chrome and stainless steel look amazingly shiny and get car show judges looking your way!"
  7. Thanks for the info and welcoming :-)
  8. Is it safe to use BSG after going over my car with Detail Spray or is it only after using a wax, like Buttery Wax? Thanks
